1. The 18th Anniversary Online Bonanza Campaign will commence on June 1st, 2023, at 0:00:00 hours and end on July 31st, 2023, at 23:59:59 hours (Malaysian Time) [“Campaign Period”]. All purchases received outside the Campaign Period will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible. No correspondence will be entertained.
2. Only purchases of Health Screening Packages worth RM800 and above made online (see above for list of eligible packages) shall be valid for the purpose of this 18th Anniversary Online Bonanza Campaign within the Campaign period.
3. Purchases of Health Screening Packages can be utilized at both LifeCare Bangsar South and LifeCare Cheras South.
4. The purchaser is eligible for more than one (1) entry for our weekly prizes. Each transaction with a valid order number is considered as one (1) entry.
5. In order to redeem your weekly prize, you are required to share the 18th Anniversary Online Bonanza Announcement post on your Facebook wall and screenshot your post. Make sure your post is set to “Public” and like our Facebook page.
6. You are required to reply to LifeCare’s Winner Announcement email by stating your full name, IC/Passport No., and prize collection date, together with a screenshot of your Facebook post. Please bring along a copy of your IC/Passport and Original Receipt.
7. If you are unable to physically collect the prize, you may assign a representative to collect on your behalf. Please reply to the email by stating your full name, IC/Passport No., and prize collection date, your representative’s full name and IC/Passport No., and attach the screenshot of your Facebook post. Your representative should bring a copy of their IC/passport, a letter of authorization (click here for a sample), and the original receipt during the prize collection.
8. In the event of a situation where the winner does not receive any notification, the notification posted on LifeCare Facebook & Instagram is considered adequate and sufficient. Any excuse by the winner not receiving any notification will not be entertained by the Organizer to extend the prize redemption period.

10. The purchasers agree that all prizes are non-exchangeable and may not be exchanged for cash at all times. The prizes shall not be resold or used for any commercial purposes.
11. LifeCare shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the collection and redemption and/or delivery of the prize. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses, costs, fees or charges imposed in respect of the prize collection are solely borne by the Winners.
12. LifeCare shall have the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel the 18th Anniversary Online Bonanza Campaign, and to amend these Terms (including the Campaign and Weekly Prize Redemption, which may be extended at LifeCare’s sole discretion) at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. LifeCare’s decisions on all matters shall be final, and will not entertain any correspondence or appeals on the same.
13. In the case of any dispute that arises under this campaign or to any products or services, between the English, Chinese, and Malay versions, we shall follow the content and the T&C of the campaign or to any products or services stated in the English version.
