Terms and Conditions

The original “Pico Pro+ Laser Treatment Gift Voucher” is to be collected from LifeCare during the Health Screening appointment and redeemed at DR.D CLINIC, located at Level 2 (Lot 2-08), Wisma LifeCare Bangsar South.
Voucher is valid until 30 June 2024.
Voucher is transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, privileges, or promotions (unless otherwise specified)
Voucher is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or in part, or any other services.
DR.D CLINIC shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers. Replacement vouchers will not be provided in such cases.

The original “Cash Voucher” is to be collected during the Health Screening appointment.
Voucher is redeemable for any normal price Imaging and Screening Services, including:
1. Ultrasound of the Breast, Abdomen, Pelvis, Thyroid, Carotid IMT (Stroke Screening), Heart (Echocardiography), etc.
2. X-ray of the Chest, Breast (Mammography), Bone (DEXA), etc.
3. CT Scan of the Heart (Calcium Score), Lung, Brain, etc.
4. MRI* of the Shoulder Joint, Knee Joint, Lumbar Spine, etc. [*ONLY at Bangsar South]
5. Screening tests: Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) and Fatty Liver & Liver Fibrosis Test.
Appointment MUST be made, and the original voucher must be presented during redemption at:
