The promotion is valid for Comprehensive Health Screening Packages only, and the second package purchased at 50% off must be the same package as the first package.
The promotion is valid for purchases made until 31 March 2025.
The purchased packages must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
This promotion is applicable for online purchases only at lifecarediagnostic.com.
The 50% discount applies only to the second package purchased within the same transaction.
The purchased packages are transferable.
This promotion is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
LifeCare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

The complimentary tests will be automatically applied when the user adds the package(s) to the cart. Please refer to the bottom of the Checkout Page.
The complimentary thyroid ultrasound is not exchangeable for other tests or cash and is non-transferable. The test must be done together with the Wellness For HER package.

Chance to win 1-night stay at Ukiyo Hotel

The winner will be randomly selected in the first week of April 2025.
Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry for the chance to win.
The winner will be announced on LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre’s official Facebook and Instagram pages on April 7th, 2025.
The prize is a 1-night stay at Ukiyo Hotel, limited to weekdays only (Monday to Thursday). and is not applicable on public holidays or the eve of public holidays. Room type and check-in date are subject to availability.
Ukiyo Hotel will contact the winner during the second week of April 2025 with instructions for setting up their check-in date.
The stay must be redeemed within 3 months of the announcement date (by end of June 2025).
Failure to book and redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
The prize covers accommodation only. Any additional expenses (e.g., meals, room service, etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner.

Select preferred Add Ons Wellness Test [sessions and branch] at RM1 for every package added to the cart.
Proceed with payment online. Upon successful payment, you will receive an e-receipt via email.

During your visit, present your e-receipt with the receipt number to redeem your health screening package and the add-on Wellness Test sessions at the respective centres.
Comprehensive Health Screening Package purchased online can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
The Add-on Wellness Tests must be redeemed by 31.03.2025. The tests are transferable but non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
