Purchase any Comprehensive Health Screening Package via online at lifecarediagnostic.com.
Select preferred Add Ons Wellness Test [sessions and branch] at RM1 for every package added to the cart.
Proceed with payment online. Upon successful payment, you will receive an e-receipt via email.

During your visit, present your e-receipt with the receipt number to redeem your health screening package and the add-on Wellness Test sessions at the respective centres.
Comprehensive Health Screening Package purchased online can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
The Add-on Wellness Tests must be redeemed by 31.03.2025. The tests are transferable but non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
