Notes

Please wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm for blood-taking.
Fasting is required for a minimum of 6 hours before the check-up; however, during this fasting period, you are allowed to drink plain water. This requirement is specifically applicable to blood tests for lipid profile & fasting glucose, as well as abdominal ultrasound.
If you are taking hypertension medicine, please continue to do so before your visit.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, kindly bring along your test results or reports for the doctor’s review and assistance in diagnosis.
The health screening process will take approximately Half Day (4-6 hours), depending on the specific tests you are undergoing.
Medical results will be available on the same day, along with same-day consultations with the doctor and dietitian to discuss your reports. If you prefer, you can reschedule your consultations for another day.
“Selective Health Screening Packages” purchased online can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase. Buy now and use it later.

The original “Cash Voucher” is to be collected during the Health Screening appointment.
Voucher is redeemable for any normal price Imaging and Screening Services, including:

Ultrasound of the Breast, Abdomen, Pelvis, Thyroid, Carotid IMT (Stroke Screening), Heart (Echocardiography), etc.
X-ray of the Chest, Breast (Mammography), Bone (DEXA), etc.
CT Scan of the Heart (Calcium Score), Lung, Brain, etc.
MRI* of the Shoulder Joint, Knee Joint, Lumbar Spine, etc. [*ONLY at Bangsar South]
Screening tests: Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) and Fatty Liver & Liver Fibrosis Test.

2-Hour Wellness Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Session worth RM560

This voucher is for redeeming a 2-hour Wellness Oxygen Therapy in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber, with one 1-hour session per day.
The second session must be completed within 1 month from the first session.
Both sessions must be redeemed by March 31, 2025.
An appointment MUSt be made with LifeCare Wellness by Call / WhatsApp, and the original voucher must be presented durng the redemption at:

The winner will be randomly selected in the first week of January 2025.

Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry for the chance to win.
The winner will be announced on LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre’s official Facebook and Instagram pages during the second week of January 2025.
The prize is a 1-night stay at Ukiyo Hotel, limited to weekdays only (Monday to Thursday). and is not applicable on public holidays or the eve of public holidays. Room type and check-in date are subject to availability.
Ukiyo Hotel will contact the winner during the second week of January 2025 with instructions for setting up their check-in date.
The stay must be redeemed within 3 months of the announcement date (by mid-April 2025).
Failure to book and redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
