lifecarediagnostic.com shall have the right to cancel any orders that has been confirmed. Any cancellation on transaction charges made will be automatically refund to your account without prior notice. For more information and assistance, please contact our support team.

The purchase shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods pursuant to the various payment methods set out in lifecarediagnostic.com. The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment in the website, shall be applicable to the Contract.

Official receipts can be issued upon request and only when orders are completely delivered. To request official receipt, please send your request to info@lifecare.com.my.

Coupon Usage Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of promotional coupon and coupon codes (“Coupon Code”)

• Coupons are only valid on the LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre official website and mobile web.
• A valid code must be entered at the Shopping Cart/Check Out page in order to redeem a Coupon.
• Coupon only can be used for the registered customer.
• One user ID can only use the Coupon once.
• Coupon validity is limited in time (from a few hours to two weeks). This guideline overrides any individual coupon policy.

LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Coupon for any reason, including due to:

1. suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Coupon use;
2. Coupon abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
3. Coupon used in bad faith (including resold Coupon or use of Coupon by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling)

Unless otherwise stated, Coupon are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific coupon code (for example, duration, eligibility, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those coupons.

Coupons are not exchangeable for cash.

LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement Coupons, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:

1. discontinued or cancelled Coupon;
2. improper use of, or inability to redeem, a Coupon; or
3. the inability to redeem a Coupon due to technical issues.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

All transactions once completed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. All Products/Services on the Website are offered subject to availability. No requests for refunds, cancellation, or exchanges of any kind will be entertained.
